The department of finance

1. These students with excellent academic performances were allowed to have early graduation.

•  Students of the department of finance Jia-huei Chen, Hsin-yu Huang and Chi-hsin Chen were allowed to graduate at the first semester of their senior year with their excellent academic performances.

2. These are our graduates who were admitted by the national graduate schools：

• Yu-fen Wang was admitted by the graduate school of finance of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology.
• Hsin-yu Huang was admitted by both the graduate school of finance of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology and the graduate school of Banking and Finance of National Yulin University of Science and Technology.
• Pin-yea Su was admitted by the graduate school of the graduate of international business studies.
•     Chi-hsin Chen was admitted by the graduate school of Banking and Finance of National Chi Nan University.
• Kai-lin Cheng was admitted by the graduate school of finance of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology, the graduate school of Banking and Finance of both National Chi Nan University and National Yulin University of Science and Technology.

• Hsin-huea Lee was admitted by the graduate school of finance of National Kaohsiung First University of Science, the graduate school of Banking and Finance of National Yulin University of Science and Technology, and institute of finance and information of National Kaohsiung University of Applied Science.

 Department of risk management and insurance

1. The alumnus Jao-min Wu, who is the assistant manager working in Shin Kong Life Insurance Company has received the prize of “Excellent Insurance Achievement” rewarded by the Risk Management, Insurance& Finance Foundation in the year of 2011.
2. The professor Ming-san Hong guided the students Yan-jia Jiang, Yi-shu Wang, Fang-ban Yan, Yi-jing Huang to participate in the Insurance Products Creative Designing Competition for college students in 2011, and they were the champion in the group of product insurance. 
3. The teacher Ming-san Hong guided the students Mong-chain Jiang, Jia-yi Dai, Shu-ya Chang, Zih-juan Ong to participate in the Insurance Products Creative Designing Competition for college students in 2011, and they received the reward of excellence work in the group of product insurance.
4. Our teacher Bai-long Chou guided his graduate student Ya-han Wu to participate in the academic journal articles competition held by the National Conference of Insurance Education in 2011, and she won the third place.
5. Our teacher Bai-long Chou guided his graduate student Shen-huei Wang to participate in the academic journal articles competition held by the National Conference of Insurance Education in 2011, and she won the prize of excellence work.
6. Our teacher Bai-long Chou guided his graduate student Wun-jen Lee to participate in the academic journal articles competition held by the National Conference of Insurance Education in 2011, and she won the prize of excellence work.
7. Ya-han Wu, Shen-huei Wang, and Wun-jen Lee were rewarded as the excellent teaching assistants in the second semester of 2010.

•   Ke-wei Hsu was admitted by the graduate school of finance and banking in National Chung Cheng University, the graduate school of risk management and insurance of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology, and the graduate school of Banking and Finance of National Yulin University of Science and Technology.
•  Jen-haou Liou was admitted by the institute of information management of National Taipei University, graduate school of international of National Taipei College of Business, and the graduate school of business management of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology.
•  Wei-shen Shen was admitted by the graduate school of marketing of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology.
•  Yi-huei Chen was admitted by the graduate school of business management of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
•  Hsu-jiang Hsueh was admitted by the institute of service science & technology of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology.
•  Yi-huei Lu was admitted by the graduate school of risk management and insurance of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology.
• Japanese student Youn-ye long-yi was admitted by the graduate school of risk management and insurance of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology.

9. Our professor Ching-hao Chen was rewarded the “Excellence Teaching” prize in the year of 2010.
10. Our teacher En-de Su has been promoted as associate professor.

 The department of Finance

1.  Our department has won the champion of the sixth school financial exam competition (the students’ reflections are in the attachments)
2. The senior students Huei-yu Lin, Yu-hsuan Pan and Jin-jyun Chen won the excellence prize of “Financial Planning Competition in 2011” held by Overseas Chinese University.

 The department of accounting and information management

1.  Our students Hsin-pin Chen, Ru-jyun Hsueh, Jyun-huei Wang, Jun-ang Wu and Wun-chi Yeh have been awarded the scholarship offered by Yun-gang Ying Memorial Foundation.

•  Ju-ang Hsieh was admitted by the graduate school of accountancy of National Cheng Kung University.

• Hsiang-ruei Huang was admitted by the graduate school of accounting information.
•  Hsin-chiao Chen and Mong-jer Tsai were both admitted by the graduate school of accounting of Soochow University.
•  Jiea-lun Lee was admitted by the graduate school of account of Chung Yuan University.
•  Ya-ru Cheng, Yun-Hsuan Huang, Jia-Chun Hsu and Ji-fu Lin were all admitted by the graduate school of accounting of Tung-Hai University.
